How to apply for dialup service

Download the application form below and fill in required sections. Please mail/fax to KDDI Australia.
Please forward the registration fee, monthly fee and deposit (1 month of service fee) by money order or cheaque to KDDI Australia unless your payment method is Credit Card. Please be advised that your registration can not be processed unless we confirm your payment has been cleared.
We will process your registration as soon as your application form is received. we then fax or mail you the setup manual.
For those who would like additional email account or 10MB free web space, please attach the appropriate application form which can be downloaded below.

How to apply for ADSL service

Download the application form below and fill in required sections. Please mail/fax to KDDI Australia.
It would normaly take up to 10 business days to install ADSL line. Please be informed that ADSL may not be available deepending on your location.To find out whether ADSL is available in your area,please contact us for assistance.

How to apply for roaming service [iPass]

iPass roaming service is only availabe to Tokyonet users. It is required to install iPass software and only supported when operating system runs it properly.、 For more information please click here

How to apply for hosting service

We check the availability of your requested domain name if you require your own domain name. It would take one business day to set up all the necessary configurations.

Apply for TokyoNet Additional Email Account

Additional email account costs $5 a month. To set it up $10 service fee will apply (Exc GST)

Apply for TokyoNet 10MB Free Web Space

TokyoNet Users are able to have 10MB Free WEB space.
Please fill in dialup application form within the box for 10MB Web space and FAX/mail to KDDI Australia. or email to info@tokyonet.com.au with your user ID, additional email account name, password, your registered address and contact detail.
Your address(URL) will be http://www.tokyonet.com.au/~your_user_id/ .Please also be advised that to ftp your web page you are required to be connected with TokyoNet dialup or ADSL service. No CGI is available.For setting up access counter please contact us for assistance.

Changing service plan will apply from next month of the date you submit the form.
Please note that Changing ADSL service should be submitted to us before 20th of the month. After 20th, Service will take effect on the 1st of the month after

Update your membership detail

Chaing payment method

Please let us know of any change on your credit card detail or your credit card type by sending us FAX/MAIL with filled application form. Please avoid sending your credit details by email for security reasons.

Cancelling Dialup/ADSL service

Both Dialup/ADSL service are terminated at the end of the applicable month.For dialup users the cancellation notice should be submitted to us by the end of the month and For ADSL users cancellation notice should be submitted to us by 15th of the month.please also state the month you wish to cancell the service, service name, user ID, registered address and contact detail to info@kddi.com.au or fill in the cancellation form then fax/mail to KDDI Australia.
